Egg fresh pasta is synonim to Emilia, with Modena and Bologna being the heart of the region of Emilia-Romagna, the region in the North of Italy which has become a world’s foodie destination.

It goes by saying the food is farms.

Wheat, eggs, Seasonal Vegetables are grown by farms in the Padan Plan, also known as the Po Valley.
April is the month well-know for Strawberries, Then Cherries, and gradually all the vegetable grown farm to fork, spring to fall.

That’s what our Fresh Pasta Cooking classes and Farm to Fork Experiences are about: reminding us the cycle of life, the cycle of different vegetables and plenty of fruits grown to offer fresh, local food on our tables.

Globally we are facing a complex geopolitical situation; at Emilia Storytellers we keep going by selecting and arranging those food tours and experiences that can create memorable moments for our guests.
We look forward to welcoming our guests to offer non touristy experiences where people, good food, gastronomy, family- run farming always go together, as the bond to our roots; tradition as a bridge towards a sustainable future.

Are you passionate about pasta and would like to put your hands in the dough, pick veggies and herbs from the vegetable garden, learn to make Tortellini, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle or Lasagne? Just pick one: the farm to fork in Bologna hills? The New Creative Pasta Design in Modena Hills?

Our storytelling on our food present dishes and background is the landmark of our food tours. Why “fare scarpetta” ? “Why Tortellini looks like Cappelletti but they’re not the same? Family recipes can vary in a few miles, we all have a family recipe we’d like to share with you.

Let’s preserve the environment, support the farms, enjoy moments in a lighthearted atmosphere. This is us: high-quality hospitality, non-touristy places, food artisans, certified and knowledgeable tour guides in our team, excited to pamper you with informative tours, always with a smile, because “good food and food lifestyle” is what we are famous for. If you google, you will find plenty of similar experiences, and it can be hard to choose. We are local, we grew up here, and we are a women-owned company doing our best to make you happy.

“We said Good morning to our tour guide; at the end of the tour we said goodbye to a new friend” the best words we were told by a wonderful couple of guests; that’s our mission.

No large groups, but few guests at a time; now more than ever we need to reconnect one another, and focus on the values to preserve, empathy being the most important to us.
