Bologna hills wine tour: visiting an historic and artisanal winery

You cannot visit the North unless you have truly experienced wine from Bolognese hills. You will meet Cesare and Silvia who are the fifth generation of farmers.
Their story begins in the grapevines of the Bolognese hills, where they used to play catch as little children. Cesare and Silvia grew up respecting their land and experiencing the hard work that the land requires, breathing in the wine-harvest, the must fermenting in the cellar…On reaching adulthood, they both decided to make wine, thus following in the path of their parents.
Today they run the winery, respecting terroir: the land, the climate and man’s ability to adapt to nature in order to produce a homemade, balanced wine that leaves you with a true emotion.
During this tour you will discover the history that lies behind one of the oldest wineries of the hills of Bologna, visiting the production winery, the vineyard and tasting CDO and CGDO wines, accompanied with typical products of our area.
