    During our Artisanal Food Tours we will meet the Food Artisans and we will discover how some of the jewels in the crown of Emilia Romagna’s food and wine heritage are created, experiencing firsthand the artisanal nature of the products and their strong bond to this region.

    We have selected the most genuine traditional food artisans, with a strong family vein, where tradition embodies the love and the respect for the territory, and where modernity doesn’t imply forgetting the past.
    Our tours include experiential routes where you can plunge into the world of food and cuisine. Food as expression of the culture of a people and its historical capacity to get the best out of nature. Cuisine as a creative expression and the moment of gathering and cultural exchange.

    We offer Private and Customized Food Tours -of one or more days- that combine a variety of food experiences: Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Wine Tours around Modena and Bologna, Traditional Pasta Cooking Classes, Picnic in the vineyards, Food Markets and  “Like a Local” Gastronomic Experiences with our Emilia Storytellers family, to mention a few.
